Virginia Mann is an award-winning public relations and corporate communications professional with an extensive record of achievement. Virginia is a founding board member and treasurer of the prestigious Communication Leaders of Chicago. She is a past president of the Public Relations Society of America Chicago Chapter, a former board member of the International Association of Business Communicators, and for five years was an adjunct professor of public relations at Loyola University Chicago School of Communications. Virginia has extensive experience working with Chicago and national media to help companies tell their story and achieve their business goals.

William H. Parke
Bill Parke is a leader in the communications and public relations field. A strategic visionary, Bill served as the senior director of corporate marketing and financial communications for CME Group, the global derivatives exchange. Prior to joining CME in 2004, Bill was director of financial communications for Motorola Corporation, where he managed business and financial communications and led issues management for the company.
His past experience includes work with the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, Sears and Ameritech. Bill is a past president of the Public Relations Society of America Chicago Chapter and has held a variety of roles with other public relations and financial communications organizations.
Bill is a founder and secretary of the prestigious Communication Leaders of Chicago. Bill and Virginia have worked together on a variety of projects for 20 years.
Deb Oetjen
Deb is dedicated to helping organizations achieve business objectives through impactful communications. Her award-winning work includes writing and editing, message development, news stories, issues and crisis communications, media training, case studies, blogs, brochures, marketing materials, annual reports and executive speeches.
Deb is experienced in many fields, including cyber security, information technology, medical, consumer products and hospitality. Her expertise includes "translating" technical and industry-specific topics into stories that engage audiences, motivate action and influence business results.
Deb served as the director of communications for ISACA, a global association, and in account management for Ketchum Public Relations. Deb and Virginia have worked together for more than 20 years.

Grace Lambertsen
Grace is a dedicated writer, editor and video production manager. With her strong writing skills, Grace has created consumer focused content for big brands and developed websites and app projects. She has also produced broadcast, film, commercial and video blog content. Her award-winning work has been recognized by organazations such as the Milwaukee Press Club and the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association. Grace is a 2024 graduate of Marquette University with a writing intensive English and digital media degree. Grace and Virginia have worked together on a variety of different communication projects.
